Restaurant Activity Report, its affiliates, and wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively “Restaurant Activity Report”) know that you care about how your personal information is used, shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Otherwise, process personal information through and its related websites, social media pages (“Sites”), Restaurant Activity Report products, services and  including our SaaS-based offerings (“Solutions”). This Policy does not apply to downloadable software. In addition, this Policy states how you can control the collection, correction or deletion of personal information. As used herein, “personal information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as an identification number, physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identifiers.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Policy. By visiting the Sites, using our Solutions or otherwise providing personal information to us, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Policy, agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use.

This Policy may also apply to certain product usage information that you provide when you elect to use Restaurant Activity Report if such product usage information includes or is tied to your personal information; Restaurant Activity Report may notify you at the time you elect to participate.

This Policy does not apply to the practices of Restaurant Activity Report’s business partners, to processes that Restaurant Activity Report does not own or control or to entities that Restaurant Activity Report does not employ or manage.

Collection of Personal Information

Restaurant Activity Report collects the following categories of personal information:

·         Personal or business contact details, including your full name, address, email address, telephone number, the company you work for and its size, job title or business role, your area of responsibility, your country or region, your time zone, your language preference and your social media account information;

·         Username and password for Restaurant Activity Report Sites and Solutions;

·         IP addresses, device ID/user IDs, other network traffic data in combination with individual device IDs/user IDs processed as part of Restaurant Activity Report Solutions;

This helps us improve its overall accuracy & completeness of our Sites & Solutions, allows us to expand & analyze our records, identify new customers, provide Solutions that may be of interest to you, and also helps us better tailor our interactions with you. Passive Collection

As is true of most websites, we gather certain information on the Sites and through our Solutions automatically. Our Sites and Solutions include widgets. Widgets are interactive mini-programs that run on our Sites and Solutions to provide specific services from other companies. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

For order processing and payment, Restaurant Activity Report collects, processes and transmits cardholder data in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

Residents of the State of California, under California Civil Code § 1798.83, have the right to request from companies conducting business in California a list of all third parties to which the company has disclosed personal information during the preceding year for direct marketing purposes. Restaurant Activity Report qualifies for the alternative option. Therefore, we are not required to maintain or disclose a list of the third parties that received your personal information for marketing purposes during the preceding year.
